Drake has been taunting and trolling the opponents of the Toronto Raptors since the start of the Playoffs. His sideline antics have been compared to Spike Lee and other hometown celebrity super fans.
From trying to make Giannis Antetokounmpo miss free throws to wearing an old Dell Curry Raptors jersey and cheering on Nick Nurse during game, Drake’s sideline presence has been felt not only by fans all over America and Canada, but the league and folks from the Bay Area in particular.
It was reported that the NBA approached Drake about his behavior and even Klay Thompson and Kevin Durant have participated in the trash talk. Now the Bay Area has taken extreme measures to silence Drake by banning his music from radio for the remainder of the Finals. If the Raptors win this series, you can be sure to hear a lot of Drake in Toronto!
I can’t believe the reason we don’t have summer tracks from drake this year is because he’s the lead cheerleader for the raptors.— Lay (@LayanBashi) June 2, 2019
