Two beloved comedians, Eddie Murphy and Jonah Hill will be starring in an upcoming Netflix comedy. It’ll be directed by Black-ish creator Kenya Barris. This collaboration marks the second time that Murphy and Barris have worked together. Coming 2 America was the movie that the duo was heavily involved in. Barris served as a writer.
For this unknown project, Barris will be penning the script as well but with Hill. There are no plot details at this time. However, ComingSoon calls it “an incisive examination of modern love and family dynamics,” with Murphy and Hill on opposite sides of a cultural divide that will shape their relationships.
