The first teaser trailer for The Strangers — Chapter 3 is now out.
According to the synopsis, the third and final installment is even more darker than the previous films and delivers more horror. It wraps up the story of the masked killers and brings everything full circle. Madelaine Petsch returns as Maya, who is ready for her long-awaited revenge. The movie sets up a final, intense showdown between Maya and the Strangers.
The cast also includes Gabriel Basso, Ema Horvath, Pablo Sandstrom, and Richard Brake. The script is written by Alan R. Cohen and Alan Freedland, and the producers include Courtney Solomon, Mark Canton, Christopher Milburn, Gary Raskin, Alastair Burlingham, and Charlie Dombek.
This movie is the third and final part of the horror trilogy that director Renny Harlin and Lionsgate started in 2024. The second movie came out in theaters this past September.
Director Renny Harlin previously explained that filming all three movies at once was difficult. They shot all three in just 53 days, often using the same sets, so they filmed every scene from all three movies whenever they were at a particular location.
