Prime Video has unveiled the first-look images for The Wrecking Crew, an upcoming action comedy that unites two of Hollywood’s most commanding screen presences—Jason Momoa and Dave Bautista. Set to premiere on January 28th, 2026, the film marks another collaboration between the duo, following their shared credits in See and Dune, but this time trades epic drama for high-octane humor.
Directed by Ángel Manuel Soto (Blue Beetle) from a screenplay by Jonathan Tropper, The Wrecking Crew centers on estranged half-brothers Johnny and James. Momoa plays Johnny, a reckless police officer, while Bautista portrays James, a disciplined Navy SEAL. When their father is murdered, the unlikely duo is forced to work together—only to uncover a far-reaching conspiracy lurking beneath the surface.
