Rupert Friend has joined the Jurassic World Movie cast. The Obi-Wan Kenobi actor will star alongside Scarlett Johannson. Friend is also known for his roles in Pride & Prejudice, A Simple Favor, The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas, and The Death of Stalin, to name a few.
The cast includes Jonathan Bailey, Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, Richard Gadd, Oliver Jackson-Cohen, Mehcad Brooks, Joel McHale, and Tobin Bell as well. The untitled fourth Jurassic World film has no details surrounding its plot as of late. However, its said to reimagine the original storyline.
Essentially, Jurassic World follows a genetically modified hybrid dinosaur who ends up harming the human race after breaking free. Following its debut, the first Jurassic World film accumulated $1.671 billion. Jurassic World 4 is written by Jurassic Park’s OG penman David Koepp. Steven Spielberg, Frank Marshall, and Patrick Crowley serve as the movie’s executive producers.
