The official trailer for Nobody 2 has hit the internet. In this second installment, Bob Odenkirk reprises his role as Hutch Mansell, a suburban husband, father, and notorious assassin in disguise. Because his job requires him to work around the clock, he finds himself drifting apart from his wife, played by Emmy nominee Connie Nielsen. To rekindle the flame, the couple decides to take their kids, played by Gage Munroe and Paisley Cadorath, on a vacation to Wild Bill’s Majestic Midway and Waterpark, the only place where Hutch and his brother Harry (played by RZA) spent their summers.
Things take a turn, however, when local bullies stir up trouble between a wicked theme park operator (John Ortiz) and an enigmatic sheriff (Colin Hanks). In the midst of it all, Hutch becomes the main target of a vengeful crime boss, played by Sharon Stone, after he racks up $30 million in debt to her organization and starts paying it off through an endless list of hits on international thugs. Directed by Timo Tjahjanto, Nobody 2 is the follow-up to the 2021 blockbuster Nobody, which debuted at No. 1 at the U.S. box office.
Nobody 2 is an 87North/ Eighty Two Films/Odenkirk Provissiero Entertainment production. Derek Kolstad not only created the story and characters, but also co-wrote the screenplay with Aaron Rabin. Meanwhile, Kelly McCormick, David Leitch, Marc Provissiero, Braden Aftergood, and Bob Odenkirk serve as producers. David Hyman, on the other hand, takes on the role of executive producer.
