Pixar’s ‘Hoppers’ Trailer Debuts During Super Bowl LX, Teasing a Wild Body-Swap Adventure

Pixar and Disney have unveiled a brand-new trailer for Hoppers, which made its debut during a high-profile commercial break at Super Bowl LX. The clip provides a deeper look at the film’s plot, which centers on Mabel, a curious and determined young girl whose life takes a wildly unexpected turn once she attends Beaverton University one fateful night. After experimenting with a mysterious piece of technology known as “Hoppers,” a device designed to transfer human consciousness into other beings, Mabel accidentally swaps bodies with a robotic beaver. Suddenly trapped in a new body, she goes full force into the middle of the animal world, where everyday instincts, social hierarchies, and survival rules are completely different from her own.

As the trailer teases, Mabel must learn how to navigate this chaotic new reality while blending in among real animals who have no idea she’s human. At the same time, she’s racing against the clock to reverse the swap and reclaim her original body. Hoppers promises Pixar’s signature mix of heartfelt storytelling, high-concept humor, and vibrant animation, exploring themes of identity, empathy, and what it truly means to see the world through someone else’s eyes.
