Wonder Woman star Gal Gadot recently shared a throwback screen test from Batman v Superman, the 2016 film that first introduced her as the DC hero.
Gadot uploaded a short video on Instagram showing her camera test as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman, standing alongside Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne/Batman. In the clip, she gets out of a taxi, and Affleck’s Bruce walks up to her. She warns him to never contact her again before turning away and leaving.
In her caption, Gadot looked back on the moment she got the role. She wrote, “Twelve years ago today, I was cast as Wonder Woman. What a wild, life-changing ride with a character I love so much. I thought it would be fun to share my camera test with Ben. I watched it last night for the first time. @zacksnyder thank you for sharing this with me and for casting me as Diana Prince.”
In the midst of hyped up fans, one managed to say, “Seeing this and the wondrous journey your career has taken truly deserves a standing ovation. Thank you for your unwavering dedication to this craft and your never-ending commitment to delivering excellence always!”

Meanwhile, fans are waiting for the return of the Snyderverse. Director Zack Snyder, who joined Instagram a few months ago, has been posting behind-the-scenes photos from his DC films. He recently shared shots of Ben Affleck in the armored Batman suit and Henry Cavill as Clark Kent from the Justice League set, adding even more excitement to fans hoping the Snyderverse comes back.
