Kanye West has been making headlines recently! From his stints of finally dropping DONDA to going full-speed in the political field, Kanye has already had a busy year. But now, it seems like Kanye is focusing on another project. This time, it’s his signature sneaker line, Yeezy.
Last night, Kanye showed fans his most current creation in the form of an outsole for new basketball shoes. Additionally, he went on Twitter to announce that NBA basketball player, Derrick Rose would assist him with the sneaker innovation. He penned, “YZY D Rose coming soon.” Since they’re both Chicago-based, the collaboration doesn’t come as a surprise and is, in fact, heartwarming. After all, it’s only right to put your state on the map once you start doing it big.
