HBO Max has announced that Damaris Lewis will be playing Blackfire in the action-packed DC series Titans. Her superhero suit will be designed somewhat similar to “Starfire” and “Red Hood” costumes. Lewis’s character was introduced to fans at the end of Season 2. The third season for Titans is currently in production.
The plot will focus on Barbara Gordon, who’s introduced as the Gotham City Police Commissioner. She is confined to her wheelchair after being shot and paralyzed by the Joker during her time as Batwoman. With the return of Dick Grayson to the city, her life becomes complicated as she comes across a new crime-fighting partner and rekindles her old romance with the former Robin.
