Get excited hotties! Megan Thee Stallion took to social media to announce her upcoming series, produced by Will Smith’s, Westbrook Media. Megan will be the host for an upcoming reality series featured on Snapchat. After announcing that she is the best dog mom in the world, Megan concluded with, “Get ready for, Off Thee Leash with Megan Thee Stallion,” which can be seen in a short video posted to her social media account. You heard it correctly, Off the leash! The mini reality series will feature Megan talking with other celebrity pet parents. This series will be one of many new series coming to Snapchat being featured as, “Snapchat Originals.” Snap has launched 128 original series to date. Head of Snap Originals, Vanessa Guthrie said, “We are constantly trying to find stories that we think will resonate with our audience, coupled with talent and creators.”
Snapchat is definitely reinventing ways to keep up with this new generation where time is of the essence. Speaking on Snap Originals, Vulture said, “There are hallmarks to a Snapchat show. Episodes run five minutes on average and ideally no longer than eight.” Shorter episodes are definitely in high demand right now, in a time when most people have a short attention spans. The upcoming series sounds like it will be a hot girl hit for sure! Although the expected release date was not announced it’s speculated to be coming within this year.
