Giggs has released the official music video for “Starlets (feat. Dave East).” The Street Heat Film visual, which is shot in Harlem, finds the two MCs at what seems to be hot venues as they spit bars that are just as fiery.
In “Starlets,” Giggs and Dave East speak on what it means to be HIM. Dave East asserts that he’s one of a kind before laying down confident rhymes about his ascension and luxurious lifestyle. Similarly, the rapper makes it known that he’ll always ride for his city.
“Take me out my clothes, ma/I got thе hood on my stomach, uh,” Dave East spits. “Throwing gang signs, but nominated for some GRAMMYs.”
Meanwhile, Giggs speaks on his ride-or-dies and even has Dave East on the list. As the song continues, the British rapper and songwriter touches on his charm and the perks of doing it big, too.
Giggs delivers, “I can make the call and n***as droppin’ by night/Standin’ in the corner, n***a/Can’t even afford to let them cross a man’s sight (Nah)I just made an order and she’s on the next flight.”
Starlets” follows his previously released single “Mandem” featuring Diddy, and both tracks are found on the recent album, Zero Tolerance.
