The trailer for Prime Video’s The Boys has set an epic return for the superhero series. According to the snippet of the fourth season, the show will debut on June 13 with eight new episodes.
As per the logline, The Boys‘ fourth season finds Victoria Neuman getting closer to the Oval Office despite being under the villainous Homelander’s thumb. It also updates viewers on Butcher, the former The Boys leader, who only has a few months to live and has lost Becca’s son. Agitated by Butcher’s lies, the team comes together to figure out how to save the universe before it’s too late.
Gaining inspiration from The New York Times best-selling comic by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson, The Boys stars Karl Urban, Jack Quaid, Antony Starr, Erin Moriarty, Dominique McElligott, Jessie T. Usher, Laz Alonso, Chace Crawford, Tomer Capone, Karen Fukuhara, Nathan Mitchell, Colby Minifie, Claudia Doumit, and Jensen Ackles.
