Before the lights went down, guests had the opportunity to enjoy a customized menu inspired by the night’s horror theme. The evening set the tone for the supernatural showing with a specially curated drink menu inspired by the film’s darker themes. Guests could sip on the hauntingly creative Lost Soul and Demon’s Kiss cocktails before settling in for the main attraction. While a selection of finger foods kept the crowd fueled throughout the evening.
Guests indulged in Mystic Pizza, wings, and sliders, creating the perfect combination of casual bites and elevated event hospitality. Gemma discovers that she can pull entities and demons from The Further and bring them into the physical world. As a malevolent presence known as Cyrus Lamb begins hunting her, the barrier separating the living from the dead starts to collapse, transforming the real world into a terrifying playground for supernatural entities.
A New Chapter With Familiar Faces
While Out of the Further introduces a new protagonist and expands the mythology of the franchise, longtime fans aren’t completely entering unfamiliar territory. Alongside Amelia Eve, the film stars Brandon Perea and Maisie Richardson-Sellers, while franchise favorite Lin Shaye returns as the iconic psychic medium Elise Rainier. Her return provides a familiar connection to the world audiences have spent years exploring while helping guide Gemma through her increasingly dangerous supernatural journey.
Behind the camera, Jacob Chase directs from a screenplay by Chase, with story contributions from David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick.
