Variety unveils that The Big Bang Theory’s Kaley Cuoco will join Kevin Hart and Woody Harrelson in the upcoming action-comedy The Man from Toronto from Sony Pictures. Previously, Cuoco starred in The Wedding Ringer with Hart.
The script is penned by Robbie Fox and is based on a story by Fox and Jason Blumenthal. Patrick Hughes is set to direct the feature.
The Man from Toronto is based on a case of mistaken identity. The world comes to a stop after the deadliest assassin, known as the Man from Toronto, and a New York City screw-up run into each other at an Airbnb. This movie will hit big screens on September 17, 2021.
