Golden Globe winner America Ferrera will act alongside Oscar nominee Margot Robbie in Warner Bros. Pictures’ upcoming live-action movie, Barbie. Ryan Gosling will also be a part of the film as Ken.
Ferrera is primarily known for her role in Ugly Betty. She’s also been in The Sister of the Traveling Pants films and the trilogy for How to Train Your Dragon, to name a few.
There are no details on the movie’s storyline thus far. Barbie will debut sometime in 2023 and is based on a screenplay written by Noah Baumbach and Greta Gerwig.
