Gatorade has revealed that they’ve teamed up with DJ Khaled for a membership platform called Gatorade iD. After signing up for free, members can access merch from Khaled and Gatorade’s capsule collection as well as exclusive drops and rewards from the brand.
The “Gatorade x DJ Khaled” collection includes a DJ Khaled-personalized Gx Bottle and towel, which features the “We The Best” logo across both, a Jordan Brand hoodie that features the Gatorade and “We The Best” logos, and DJ Khaled’s signature across the back. The hoodie is made from heavyweight loopback French Terry.
“I’ve loved Gatorade since I was a kid and to this day, I have it in the studio with me to fuel my creativity,” said DJ Khaled about his collaboration with Gatorade.
“I’m so blessed they gave me the keys to create this legendary capsule. Gatorade, We The Best, and Jordan Brand. We are all icons, and this is just proof!”
Gatorade Chief Brand Officer Anuj Bhasin also shared his sentiments about their collaboration with Khaled.
“DJ Khaled sits at the intersection of sport, music, entertainment, and now, Gatorade culture. We’re extremely excited to partner with him on the launch of Gatorade iD.”
DJ Khaled and Gatorade’s collaboration is the first of many in the Gatorade iD series. Another notable component of their collab is that Khaled personally designed the capsule, too.
Gatorade iD members can purchase their memberships on Gatorade.com starting Thursday, February 8 at 10:00 a.m.
