Wale took to his social media platforms on June 22nd to reveal the visual for Angles featuring Chris Brown. “Video out now,” he captioned a clip of the music video. Directed by Daniel CZ, the video gives off amazing summer vibes with a beautiful tropical scenery. The song features a sample from the one and only hit maker, Diddy. His song, I Need A Girl, is sampled and produced by OG Parker.
Wale later announced the coming of his next album, a sequel to a mixtape he released in 2012. The rapper did release an EP last year, The Imperfect Storm, but hasn’t released a full album since his 2019’s, Wow… That’s Crazy. “Florian#2 this summer,” the rapper stated in a Twitter post after reminding us all that he’s one of the greatest of all times. “Catalog .Consistency. Influence. Longevity . DMV,” so please put some respect on his name as you look out for the upcoming album.
