This news comes as no surprise because the “Juicy” singer has earned several accolades throughout 2021. Two months ago, she even surpassed Drake in streams via Spotify. And she just took two R&B AMA’s!
Yesterday, GRAMMY’s unveiled the news about Doja Cat’s eight different nominations. The said nominations are for Record of the Year, Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, Best Pop Vocal Album, Best Melodic Rap Performance, Best Rap Song, and her feature on Lil Nas X’s Montero.
She went on Twitter to express her astonishment, saying,
“yo wtf 8?!?!?!? 8?!?!??!!???! 8 that’s dope man wow.”
