The stunt team of Doom Patrol went on Instagram to announce that the production has finally begun for the upcoming third season of the DC superhero series.
The show is set to return sometime this year. After more than two months, the news surfaced that HBO Max officially granted the series a third season renewal following its shift to the streamer from DC Universe.
Doom Patrol is a band of mighty individuals who fight for a world that wants nothing to do with them. Picking up after Titans’ events, Doom Patrol would find heroes, unexpectedly, and they’d be called to action by none other than Cyborg. In turn, Cyborg would come to them with a mission that’s hard to refuse, but he forewarns them that their lives will never, ever be the same.
Doom Patrol stars Joivan Wade as Victor Stone/Cyborg, Brendan Fraser as Robotman, Matt Bomer as Negative Man, Timothy Dalton as Niles Caulder/The Chief, April Bowlby as Elasti-Woman, Diane Guerrero as Crazy Jane, and Alan Tudyk as Mr. Nobody.
The first two seasons are available to stream now on HBO Max.
