You’d think that Gucci Mane would take a breather after already releasing over 100 projects, but this is far from the case. Following the release of Delusions of Grandeur, Gucci Mane has debuted many singles that’ll find a placement on his new album, So Icy Summer. The album is said to premiere on July 3rd, 2020. Aside from this, Gucci Mane hinted that he’s going to announce a new situation he’s in once So Icy Summer drops.
Sources say that it could be Gucci Mane’s departure from Atlantic Records, but his Tweets say otherwise. “Gucci for President 2020 my slogan it got to be In you not on you #New1017 #GucciGlobalAmbassador @gucci,” he penned “I’m officially getting my own brand at @gucci I hope they ain’t lying.” From context clues, it also seems like he’s readying his status as an independent artist, but only time will tell if this is true or not.
