J.I.D, one of Dreamville’s profound lyricists and a member of Spillage Village, has come a mighty long way, and it’s safe to say that hard work has paid off in his favor. Before scoring creative direction in Dreamville’s Revenge Of The Dreamers 3, J.I.D made the rapshere stand still with other projects like The Never Story and DiCaprio 2. Both projects did exeptionally well, earning a place on The Billboards 200 and recognition for tracks “151 Rum” and “Off Deez.”
Now, J.I.D has more bragging rights because more accomplishments are manifesting before his eyes. Over time, he’s garnered the gold status on tracks, “Never,” “151Rum,” “Off Deez,” Down Bad,” and “Costa Rica.” Additionally, the slithered mouth rhymester earned platinum for his assistance on Revenge Of The Dreamers 3.
“This may not be much to a lot of artists, but this means the world to my team and me. We have been working so hard, and I love and appreciate you,” he penned on a Twitter post, assuring fans that it’s only going up from here.
In more recent J.I.D news, he collaborated with Smino and Kenny Beats on his newest single, “Baguetti” and is said to have an album with NO I.D on the way.
