Jay-Z is not only a rapper but a businessman who has earned longevity and fortune in his career. Besides starting his own streaming platform named Tidal and entertainment firm Roc Nation, he’s invested in clothing brands, drink brands, and even a cannabis brand. His firm, Marcy Venture Partners, has recently put in some coins in the Los Angeles-based fitness company LIT Method.
LIT Method, founded by Justin and Taylor Norris, is fundamentally known for the LIT Strength Machine, an “all in one design that offers 500+ low-impact exercises including strength training, rowing, cardio, barre, physical therapy, and Pilates.”
The firm released a statement about the new partnership, saying.
“Justin and Taylor are tenacious and adaptive entrepreneurs with so much drive and passion. Their engaging content, motivating style, and innovative equipment are a winning combination.”
No financial details have been revealed yet, but this is certainly a good move on Jay-Z and Marcy Venture Partner’s end. Aside from this company, the hip-hop icon recently made a partnership deal with Moët Hennessy that scored HOV up a reported $315 million, according to Forbes.
Congrats Jay-Z!
