The Springhill company is producing a new docuseries on Vice TV. SpringHill is in the talks expanding their portfolio and partnerships on this new venture. Vice City will present the basketball docuseries license under Uninterrupted founded by Lebron James and Maverick Carter. The forthcoming featured docuseries is titled, Uninterrupted: The Real Stories of Basketball.
It will be based on the “Real Stories of Basketball “, that includes iconic moments, player perspectives and untold stories inside the NBA. As Lebron James wraps up the postseason after losing to the defending champs Denver Nuggets, he is focused on the future of his career. This partnership is creating opportunities and the standard that is being set as a production company. The new docu-series is set to premiere on June 4th, and James is excited to present it to fans. James stated:
“As a lifelong student of the game and all its iconic history and culture, I’m excited about the series that relieves some of basketball’s biggest moments and the stories behind them for the whole new generation to experience”.
In today’s debate talks, there are more conversations about how great current players are in today’s game then the athletes that set the stage for the generation many years ago in the 60s, 70s, 80s and the 90s which is heavily debated. Notable players that became legends will also make appearances.
Viewers will hear from Jason Kidd, Bill Lambeer, Bill Walton, Shawn Kemp and more. Matt Barnes will narrate the show and give us a laid back point of view. Vice TV interim President Peter Gaffney has previously spoken on increasing more production for entertainment and sports. As we know, there will potentially be more opportunities after this series airs.
