Paramount Player’s upcoming R-rated horror-thriller film, Body Cam, is set to debut on Tuesday, May 19th, 2020. The flick stars nine-time Grammy Award winner Mary J. Blige, who plays Renee as she tries to find out the truth behind the mysterious deaths of fellow cops in her unit. Additionally, she discovers an anonymous figure in their body cam footage. Now, Renee must find the one person she thinks can stop these killings. Along the way, she encounters a sinister secret amongst the police force that surrounds the shooting and cover-up of an unarmed youth.
Body Cam also stars Nat Wolf, Anika Noni Rose, Theo Rossi, David Zayas, and Demetrius Grosse. The film is described as a blend of Get Out and End of Watch.
