According to a report made by The Hollywood Reporter, Minions 3 has an official release date.
On the heels of Despicable Me 4 ‘s successful run at the box office, Illumination and Universal have announced the next steps for Minions 3.
The anticipated release date for Minions 3 is June 30, 2027. This new Minions installment is penned by the renowned Brian Lynch, who’s known for his work on the Minions and The Secret Life of Pets movies. Meanwhile, the seasoned Despicable Me/Minions director Pierre Coffin will work his magic again in the new film. Coffin has voice-acted the Minions since their introduction in 2010.
Chris Meledanri and Bill Ryan, the founders and CEOs of Illumination, will lead the movie’s production.
The films for the Despicable Me and Minions franchise have collectively generated a whopping $5 billion at the global box office, showcasing their immense popularity worldwide.
