Netflix had to write an apology after they had some technical issues with airing Love Is Blind’s reunion live. The show was supposed to go on at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT on Sunday, April 16. But unfortunately, many factors prevented it from running at its scheduled time. The streaming platform ended up dropping a pre-recording of the reunion today at 3 p.m. ET/12 p.m. With that, they also released a statement.
“To everyone who stayed up late, woke up early, gave up their Sunday afternoon… we are incredibly sorry that the Love is Blind Live Reunion did not turn out as we had planned,” they said. “We’re filming it now, and we’ll have it on Netflix as soon as humanly possible. Again, thank you and sorry.”
Netflix’s mishap prompted services like Hulu and Bravo TV! to one-up the network. Hulu teased Netflix with a meme of Karry Washington, while Bravo took a jab where it hurt most. “We would never keep you waiting for a Reunion,” they wrote.
As per the synopsis,
“Season 4 followed the ups and downs of 30 single men and women in a dating experiment. Throughout the season, five couples emerged in Brett and Tiffany, Micah and Paul, Jackelina and Marshall, as well as Zack and Bliss, and Chelsea and Kwame, among others.”
This unique dating technique has enticed lovers everywhere for 4 seasons running.
