Ever since Migo member, Offset unveiled that he’d have a role on NCIS: L.A., fans have kept their eyes locked on small screens and have been anticipating his debut as an actor. In NCIS L.A’s “Alsiyadun” episode, Offset plays as Kadri Kashan Khan, an undercover CIA agent monitoring terrorist activity in the Sinai Peninsula. And so far, Offset has been given a thumbs up on his performance by NCIS heartthrob star and rapper, LL Cool J.
He penned on Twitter, “Proud of my Lil brother making his dreams happen!!!” and “When you’re in Hip-Hop, some people only expect you to play a gangster or a thug, but my man is breaking type!!! This is just the beginning!! I got you, bro!”
In response to LL Cool J’s sentimental post, Offset expressed how grateful he was for the opportunity and went on to thank LL Cool J for giving him a chance to do so. “THANK YOU BIG BRO FOR BRINGING ME ON THE TEAM,” Offset wrote. “YOU’RE A MAN OF YOUR WORD. THIS IS A MAJOR HIGHLIGHT OF MY CAREER. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE FOR MAKING THIS EXPERIENCE HAPPEN SCOTT GEMILL, @NCISDIR DENNIS AND THE REST OF THE CREW AT @NCIS_CBS.”
The episode, called “Alsiyadun,” aired on Sunday, March 1st, at 9 p.m. Eastern.
