It’s not necessarily “news” when we witness the power couple Russell and Ciara Wilson continuously feeding fire to the hashtag #RelationshipGoals, but they never fail to show us an example of what a healthy and empowering marriage looks like. The Seahawks quarterback just signed a record-breaking contract and now, he’s launching a production company alongside his wife titled Why Not You Productions. The organization is focusing on film, TV and digital content while “inspiring and aspiring narratives and human interest stories” that caters to their “innovative and creative side.”
During a press release, both made a statement regarding their decision to collaborate as not only husband and wife, but business partners as well.
“While we work in different fields in our day-to-day, we are excited to come together to collaborate and create stories that we hope will touch people’s lives. We are both storytellers at heart and we want to be able to share stories that uplift people and inspire others to create positive change. That’s ultimately what we want this company to represent.”
