The iconic action-packed and game-changing movie, Scott Pilgrim vs The World, is making its way back to big screens following its 10th anniversary. This news surfaced after director Edgar Wright announced the movies’ re-arrival at a recent Scott Pilgrim rewatch party. According to his tweet, the film won’t be out until August.
Dolby Cinema and Universal Pictures will support Scott Pilgrim’s comeback to theaters worldwide.
The film starred Michael Cera as Scott Pilgrim, a young man who falls head-over-heels for Mary Elizabeth Winstead’s character, Ramona Flowers. To win Ramona’s heart, Scott has to fight her seven evil exes, including Lucas Lee (Chris Evans), Todd Ingram (Brandon Routh), Roxy Richter (Mae Whitman), and Gideon Graves (Jason Schwartzman). Alison Brie also stars as Scott’s evil ex, Envy Adams, alongside Alison Pill as Kim Pine, Aubrey Plaza as Julie Powers, Kieran Culkin as Wallace Wells, and Ellen Wong as Knives Chau, Scott’s other ex.
