Cardi B‘s former producer, SwiftOnDemand, is asking for proper compensation from both the “Press” rapper and her manager. Although the two creatives had no issues in the past, problems began to stem after Cardi B and her management refused to give the former Love & Hip Hop star his coins.
He posted a thorough explanation of what happened on his Instagram page. Afterward, he showcased his accolades, further proving that he’s played a huge part in the New York City femcee’s career.
Some of his caption reads,
“Being that we here now , and there’s alot of amnesia going on lemmi give yah some proper education on this! So basically this record wouldn’t have happened if me & @iamcardib didnt put “LICK” & “RED BARZ together . Which basically was done WITHOUT “ @iamshaft , I was already out the picture with “KSR” around this time but I didn’t let that effect my work ethic towards Cardi’s project so I continued helping !
LICK did what it did but red barz set the tone ( Aside from FOREVA ) !!!! Anything she would’ve released after this WOULD’VE WENT UP REGARDLESS IT WAS TOO MUCH ANTICIPATION & HYPE BUILT UP !! & can’t even hit me wit the “any producer could’ve done that “ FCK NO cuz I already have tooo much receipts on the amount of ppl you “USED” before getting to me @iamshaft !
OH & quick backstory Cardi actually hit me up and said “swift I really like that “no flocking song by Kodak , I wanna do something like that “ soooo… what I did ? Started cooking shit up then next thing you know I’m out the picture and “BODAK” comes out ….. & I already knowww who made that decision ….. Ima just leave it that note.”
