The teaser trailer for Bombshell has everyone’s eyes stuck! For two reasons: 1. The super (and second) scandal of Fox News, 2. the bomb actresses casted for these bold roles. The movie is based on real life events of Fox News’ CEO and former chairman Roger Ailes, who’s name was involved in the ‘Me Too’ scandal that protested for over 20 women accusing Ailes of sexual harassment.
The trailer shows a-list actors Charlize Theron, Nicole Kidman and Margot Robbie turn the tension on with eye contact that says a lot more than words could ever in an awkward elevator ride to the 2nd floor.
Though Robbie is a fictitious character, the actresses in this film are playing real-life women who have spoken on their experience with the network, whether victims or witnesses every voice matters. The trailer release has everyone highly-anticipating the film as this one is “focused on the women”.
The film makes its debut December 20.
