According to Screen Rant, The New Mutants movie will have an official trailer next Monday. Initially, The New Mutants was scheduled to follow Dark Phoenix as the next stage of the X-Men series. The Fault in Our Stars‘ director Josh Boone and co-writer Knate Lee pitched the film as the first part of a new trilogy. It was approved back in May 2015.
The New Mutants will follow a group of teenagers who end up imprisoned and tormented at a top-secret facility.
This film will officially hit big screens in the first week of April 2020.
