Waka Flocka has often mentioned that he’ll eventually retire from the rap game, and it seems like the time has come to do so. Using his Twitter fingers, Waka Flocka announced that he had done everything he planned to do in music. After this statement, Waka Flocka told fans what his next venture is. “I’m officially dedicating my life to suicide prevention and mental illness!!!” wrote the recording artist. “Y’all not alone, Waka Flocka Flame is with y’all now!!!!”
Even though the “Hard in Da Paint” rapper didn’t explain why he decided to focus more on mental illness, we can assume that it’s tied to COVID-19. With the current pandemic, the number of people feeling blue has increased tremendously.
