Paramount+ has officially renewed the iCarly revival for a second season! The new order of episodes comes right as iCarly is on its first season. Currently, iCarly is on its first season. Beforehand, the show ran on Nickelodeon and was shelved for ten years. The updated version finds Carly Shay, the original influencer, and her friends zooming through work, love, and family in their twenties.
The show also carries its original cast: Miranda Cosgrove, Nathan Kress, and Jerry Trainor, reprising their roles as Carly, Freddie, and Spencer.
There’s also new actors on the roster: Laci Mosley (Florida Girls) and Jaidyn Triplett (See). Mosley plays Carly’s new best friend/ roommate, and Triplett plays Harper and Freddie’s stepdaughter, Millicent.
The iCarly revival was created by Jay Kogen (School of Rock, The Simpsons, Frasier). The show’s executive produced by Cosgrove and Ali Schouten (Diary of a Future President), who also works as the showrunner.
