Gwyneth Paltrow believes that her character Pepper Potts may be leaving the Marvel Cinematic Universe soon.
While airing the latest episode of her podcast, The Goop Podcast, she spoke to her co-star in the MCU realm, Scarlett Johansson, about where Pott stands in Marvel. Since Robert Downey Jr‘s character, Iron Man, passed away in Avengers: Endgame, Pott has been on the sidelines. Pott’s work, according to Paltrow, might be done.
When Paltrow was asked if Pepper Potts’ mission in MCU were complete, she added, “I think so.”
However, she wouldn’t oblige with being in one ahead of time. “I mean, I didn’t die, so they can always ask me,” the multi-talented actress proclaimed.
Pepper Potts appeared in the first three phases of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. She was also featured in The Avengers: Infinity War, Spider-Man: Homecoming, and Avengers: Endgame. Let’s not forget that she was in the Iron Man movies as well.
