Lil Uzi Vert was accompanied by a peculiar object while creating new hits yesterday. While posted up at the studio, the “Watch This” rapper cradled a wax doll. The doll was a woman with a floral skirt in a fetal position. Additionally, Uzi donned a shirt hinting at their highly anticipated Pink Tape. The project was first mentioned in 2021 in a tweet that’s since been deleted.
During their recently set at Rolling Loud, they spoke about Pink Tape’s process,
“I know I make y’all wait a long time for music, and I’m so sorry I thought that shit was cool before, but that shit is lame,” they stated at the time. “I’m putting the finishing touches on Pink Tape, and I promise — and I made a lot of promises in my life — but this time, I promise.”
