We’re only three months shy from the death anniversary of the late rapper Mac Miller who struggled with drug addiction, which resulted in his accidental overdose on September 17, 2018.
As fans still mourn his untimely death, Free Nationals, also known as Anderson .Paak’s band gave the world an unexpected gift today.
According to Vulture, Miller recorded the verse in May of 2018 which also features Kali Uchis where the two talk about “a relationship that just won’t work, no matter how much love, time, or patience they put into it.”
In his verse, Miller remains optimistic by rapping, “in the end, everything will be fine, that’s by design.”
