Variety reports that DC Studios has no plans on making a third Wonder Woman film. The television/movie studio only intends on dropping the Paradise Lost prequel series via Max. Although Gal Gaddot stated in an interview that James Gunn and Peter Safran told her they would develop Wonder Woman 3, they are recanting this claim.
However, the outlet asserts that “nothing was ever promised to Gadot regarding Wonder Woman 3” and that there was no “definitive discussion” of Gadot’s version of the character carrying over into the new DC Universe.
Gal Gadot first appeared as Wonder Woman in 2016’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Following this, Gadot led two Wonder Woman movies and appeared in two Justice League films: Shazam! Fury of the Gods and The Flash.
