The trailer for Sick Girl shows audiences that Nina Dobrev and Sherry Cola will be starring in the film. The cast list also includes Brandon Mychal Smith, Stephanie Koenig, Haley Magnus, Ray Mckinnon, Dan Bakkedahl, and Wendi Mclendon-Covey.
