LEGO has retold Steven Spielberg’s hit thriller movie Jaws in a new video of their new set. The short is called Jaws in a Jiffy and illustrates the leading boat-chomping shark and boat in plastic brick form. There are also minifigs of the Amity Island residents and main characters: Chief Martin Brody, Marine Biologist Matt Hooper, and shark hunter Sam Quint. A cute printed title showcases one of the film’s slogans: “You’re gonna need a bigger boat.”
“Build the ultimate fan-inspired display set that recreates the thrilling scene in the movie Jaws where Quint, Chief Brody, and Hooper faced down the shark from the deck of the Orca,” the LEGO Jaws description reads.
LEGO’s Jaws set has 1497 pieces and hits shelves on August 6, 2024.
