Colman Domingo, who is known for his role as Rue’s Narcotics Anonymous sponsor, has teased that the third season of Euphoria will be groundbreaking.
During an interview with Table Manners podcast hosts Jessie and Lennie Ware, the Tony Award nominee actor touched on his return to Euphoria after being asked about his upcoming projects. Although he admitted to not reading the scripts, Domingo expressed that after speaking to Sam Levinson, the show’s creator, he learned that the show will change the dynamic of teen drama television.
“I go back to my show Euphoria,” Domingo stated. “I haven’t read [the script], but [Sam Levinson] told me some of it, and it’s going to be groundbreaking.”
The last update fans received about Euphoria surrounded its release date.
Discovery global leader JB Perrette stated at Wells Fargo’s 8th Annual TMT Summit Conference that the HBO Max series will premiere sometime in 2026—after he spilled the beans about a new Game of Thrones TV show.
“We have a new Game of Thrones series, a smaller-scale series that will come in over the summer,” he expressed. “Then as we look out even beyond that, we’ll go into the third season of Euphoria, probably in early 2026 at that point.”
According to the synopsis, Euphoria “explores the lives of a group of high school students as they grapple with issues of drugs, sex, and violence.”
Euphoria stars Zendaya as Rue Bennett, Hunter Schafer as Jules Vaughn, Sydney Sweeney as Cassie Howard, Jacob Elordi as Nate Jacobs, Maude Apatow as Lexi Howard, Angus Cloud as Fez, Alexa Demie as Maddy Perez, Barbie Ferreira as Kat Hernandez, and Storm Reid as Gia Bennett.
