Blackpink recently announced their newest collab: they have just partnered with YouTube Music to start a virtual concert known as “The Show”. They will be doing a massive livestream on the platform starting December 27th at 12 AM EST. With them being the second most subscribed channel all over the world on YouTube, it makes sense to have their event exclusively on their YouTube channel and they will likely generate an unmatched attendance. At the same time, they are bringing their fans together and using music to entertain and add new ways for listeners to enjoy the holiday season during the ongoing difficult times in the Covid-19 pandemic.
They are starting their live streamed event just as the holidays will have passed, and their huge event is coming just two months after the impressive release of their newest album, The Album, which was well received by their native Korean audience and the international music scene alike. The K-Pop group is set to perform many of their songs from this new album, which has left their fans extremely excited. They have already released an exciting, attention grabbing trailer and are already selling ticket packages to The Show, starting at $29.99. There are also plus packages for $39.99, all being sold online. We know they will earn countless revenue from this as well as substantial worldwide support and respect. They are also doing a special acknowledgement to their fans, who they call the Blinks, in their performance in order to thank them for their continued support. We are looking forward to this event and know it will be amazing!
