Tim Allen: Toy Story (5) Following Casting..
Tim Allen has shared an exciting update on Toy Story 5. The actor who has voiced Buzz Lightyear, everyone’s favorite space ranger, in the past four Toy Story films, confirmed that Disney CEO Bob Iger announced a Toy Story sequel earlier this year. The actor also revealed that Disney has contacted him and Tom Hanks, the voice of Woody, about bringing Buzz and Woody back for another Toy Story movie.
As Allen was on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” he expressed hesitancy about his following to the series.
“For people like me, it’s just like — I’m a sci-fi buff. You wonder if four was too many, is five too much?” he asked. However, he added, “According to the scuttlebutts, the writer that’s doing it wrote one of the better ones and he said, ‘If I didn’t get this right, I wouldn’t do it.’ So it could be a very, very interesting way to reunite it.”
Releasing Sequel
