Starsky & Hutch is up for a reboot via Fox. The original series premiered in the 1970s and starred two male police officers. This time, however, two women will be taking the lead. Unfortunately, there’s no news on who exactly will be playing these characters.
Before a show was made, Starsky & Hutch was a movie. However, after garnering positive feedback, it was made into a series that lasted for four seasons. The show, which starred Paul Michael Glaser and David Soul, lasted from 1975 to 1979. Both visual standouts are famous for their car chases.
Starsky & Hutch was such a fan favorite that a 2003 video game was made for it on the PC, PlayStation 2, Xbox, Game Boy Advance, and Gamecube. A film-styled rendition of the show was also made in 2004. It starred Owen Wilson as Starsky and Hutch. Similarly, it served as a prequel to the television series.
