Kid Cudi will be dropping a documentary titled A Man Named Scott. The new film is said to highlight his career and upbringing. It’ll debut on November 5th.
A Man Named Scott will give fans a deeper look into his artistry and life while ascending into the music industry.
“I just had a hard time dealing with the adjustments from being Scott to being Kid Cudi,” the rapper says in the trailer.
Cudi also portrays his creative process, saying he wants to “help people in some way.” The director, Robert Alexander, describes the documentary as a look into Kid Cudi’s rise “over a decade of creative choices, struggles, and breakthroughs.”
The documentary will also have commentary from notable figures, including Pharrell Williams and Kanye West.
Cudi also plans on dropping a Netflix animated series titled, Entergalactic and an accompanying album of the same name. The date of their releases is unknown.
