Halloween 2020 is the next holiday to fall victim to mandatory COVID-19 alterations. With no foreseeable end to to the pandemic, it is to be assumed that these changes may prevent or limit the traditional proceedings of trick-or-treating, costume parties, etc. However, just because we are all stuck inside does not mean that we cannot still celebrate this ~spooky~ season.
