Rome is home for installment number 7 to the Tom Cruise action thriller- Mission Impossible. Filming is set to begin this March with expected release date set for July 2021 with the reprises of Tom Cruise, Simon Pegg and director Christopher McQuirrie.
The 1996 film has made its way into the new decade bringing another stunt stunning film with the talents we know, love and haven’t gotten enough of yet. Above all the talk that suggest replacing the Mission Impossible lead for a younger talent, we continue to see 53 years young Tom Cruise doing epic stunts on and behind the screen (as he’s also been contributing to M:Is direction) all six and now 8 M:Is strong.
Currently, Collider news puzzled the return of Simon Pegg for his famous character Benji from a 2019 interview. Pegg revealed that one of his upcoming projects is Mission: Impossible related saying
“I have another Mission: Impossible to start next year.”
Though his return hasn’t been officially confirmed, it’s hard not get excited contemplating the possibilities of his stance in the coming two plots.
Confirmed information has it that Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation and Mission Impossible: Fallout director Christopher McQuarrie is returning to helm and write Mission Impossible 7 and 8 which are expected to release one summer (2021) after the other (2022). Mcquarries M:I:Fallout reached full potentional, making a record for the franchise as highest opening weekend in the series’ history.
