Rihanna has been keeping busy with a few surprises. While focusing on the development of her beauty brand, she has even more in store. For example, despite her hard work on Savage X Fenty, the brand doesn’t yet have a theme song. However, Rihanna knows exactly who she wants to collaborate with to bring that vision to life.
On October 19th, Savage X Fenty shared a post featuring an interview held at Nordstrom. The interview, originally conducted on October 10th, celebrated the launch of the Lavish Lace collection.
The recording features model Alson Mason interviewing the R&B icon about the brand, which launched in 2018. As the conversation progressed, questions arose about who would create the theme song for her lingerie loungewear collection. RiRi briefly shared her thoughts, mentioning that she had given it considerable thought and had identified an artist for the task.

“GloRilla,” she continued, making a period hand gesture as she expressed her excitement about revealing her choice. “Just to see a young woman who remains grounded in her identity and her roots is something I truly love,” she added.
Immediately after Riri shared her thoughts, Mason chimed in with a heartfelt description of the rapper, emphasizing that GloRilla was a perfect fit to lead the position for her brand. In addition to being an ideal choice, many have commented on the striking resemblance between the rapper and the singer, suggesting they could be twins—a comparison that Rihanna has mentioned multiple times in the past. This similarity became more apparent to Riri’s fanbase, especially when her album Glorious was released.
Following the interview, fans created a composite image to see if there was a real resemblance and found one. This wasn’t the first time Riri had given GloRilla her recognition; she has consistently shown love and continues to do so.
