Paramount Pictures is collaborating with Nickelodeon to develop a live-action movie based on the beloved animated series that debuted on Nickelodeon. The returning characters in this sequel will include Chucky Finster, Tommy Pickles, Angelica Pickles, and the twin boys, Phil and Lil DeVille.
Director
Jason Moore, the director of Pitch Perfect and several other beloved films, will be helming the sequel. It has been confirmed that he will direct the new film, with a script written by Mikey Day and Streeter Seidell. As more details about the movie are revealed, a release date is anticipated to be announced sooner than expected.
